Our Booking Process
Ready to book Abloom for your wedding? We keep it simple because we know wedding planning is anything but simple. Here’s how it works:
Inquire with us!
Use our quick and easy inquiry form to give us all those juicy details on your big day. We will email you and schedule a quick chat on the phone to go over the details of your big day!​
Finalize the quote
After our chat you will receive a quote detailing the total and items discussed. In order to save your date we will collect a signed contract and the 50% deposit. This allows us to mark the big day on the calendar and start the design & planning process. We cannot save your wedding date without a paid deposit.
Design details
4-6 weeks out from your big day we will send over the look book. We wait to send this to ensure your color palette and total count are set to give you the full vision! Your look book will detail everything from color scheme & design style, to ribbon & floral ideas. When the details are settled we will start ordering and collect the remaining balance 4 weeks out.
The week before
Your big day is almost here! We will hop on a call about a week out to go over day-of logistics and any questions you might have. This can also be done with your coordinator or planner because we know you are busy with family, planning, or pampering!
The big day
It’s finally here! Our team will be onsite seeing to every floral detail throughout the day. You get to sit back, get ready, and share your love with your person without the stress. You did it! You’re married! Congratulations!!!
